Payments

Eko accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To protect your purchases, you will be asked to provide complete billing information associated with your credit card as well as the 3-digit security code.

We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the cardholder.

Shipping

We ship in Canada, to the United States and around the world. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your shopping bag and filled in the shipping address information.

All shipping times are approximate. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Contact info@ekojewellery.com for delivery estimate based on destination.

In Canada

Cost for shipping within Canada is CAD $15. We offer free shipping to North America on orders valued at $250 or more (before taxes).

Canadian orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited and take 2-9 business days.

To the US

Cost for shipping to the US is CAD $25. We offer free shipping to North America on orders valued at $250 or more (before taxes). Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any US duties and taxes associated with the items. Orders are declared at full purchase value.

US orders are shipped Canada Post Xpresspost and take 3-7 business days. Orders may be delayed due to US Customs. Unfortunately this out of our control and will not be able to provide information regarding the delay. You can contact USPS with the tracking number for further details.

International

Cost for shipping internationally is CAD $50. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any taxes and duties charged by the country of destination.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost. Unfortunately, due to delays that may occur at customs, we are not able to provide shipping times at this time.

Taxes

All applicable Canadian taxes will be applied when ordering from ekojewellery.com.

In Canada, taxes are based on the province of the shipping address:

Ontario:  13% HST
British Columbia:  12% HST
Nova Scotia:  15% HST
New Brunswick, Newfoundland:  13% HST
All other provinces:  5% GST

US and International orders are exempt from Canadian taxes. However duties and other taxes may be applied by the country of destination.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note, items purchased online through ekojewellery.com cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. Regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 10 days of receipt of goods. Store credits from Eko’s bricks-and-mortar store cannot be used at ekojewellery.com and vice versa.

All Sale items are final. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

All refunds are provided in the same method as original payment. Credit card returns may take up to one week to appear on billing statement.

All shipping, duties or custom tax charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are incurred by the client. Parcels cannot be sent C.O.D.

Items returned must be in the same condition they were purchased. All customized items are final sale. Eko is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

Eko reserves the right to decline any returns that does not comply with our return policy.

How to return an item

To return or exchange an item, please email info@ekojewellery.com. Include original inventory number and reason for return. Eko will then issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please record your RA# on the outside of the package and also provide a copy of your RA# and contact inside the package.

For US and International returns, mark the parcel as “Canadian Goods Return” on the custom forms. Duties charged due to mislabeling of marking it as anything else will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Clients must fully insure return parcel and provide a tracking number.

Repair Policy

Eko takes pride in the quality of our jewellery and will repair any Eko pieces, except for some older items, where we may not be able to source the components. To return an item for repair, email info@ekojewellery.com to obtain a RA#. Please record your RA# on the outside of the package and also provide a copy of your RA# and contact inside the package. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Privacy Policy

Eko will not sell share or trade any of your personal information with a third party. Any personal information collected on this site will be used solely by Eko and for the purposes of completing your order.

Cancellation of Your Order

We allow 24 hours to cancel your order in order to obtain a full refund. Otherwise a credit note will be issued for the value of your order. Please email or call us if you have any questions.

Special Services

Gift wrapping is available upon request. Items purchased as a gift can include a personal message from you, handwritten on a complimentary greeting card.
